One on One Coaching

One-on-one coaching are fully personalised sessions between you and your coach.
 

Your coach will conduct a thorough assessment of your skills and goals to develop a personalised training plan. This plan will focus on enhancing your strengths and addressing areas for improvement, ensuring optimal development.

Your coach will provide expert guidance and support, helping you to refine your technique, improve your physical fitness, and develop a strong mental game. Through personalized training sessions and constructive feedback, you'll be able to reach your full potential.


As part of the one on one coahing you will recieve 1.15 hour face to face coaching along with a personalised program and access to your coach/mentor for any questions and feedback.

Small Group Coaching

Small group coaching sessions  are tailored session between the group of 2-5 players and the coach in a safe and inclusive environment.

 

By breaking down complex skills into smaller, manageable steps and providing individualized feedback, we empower participants to reach their full potential. Our personalised coaching approach ensures that each participant receives the attention and support they need to succeed.

 

Your coach will provide expert guidance and support, helping you to refine your technique, improve your physical fitness, and develop a strong mental game.
 
As part of the group coahing you will recieve 1.15 hour face to face coaching along with a tailored drills to help master the skills learnt.

Summer development Programs

The Summer development program is a 4 week block that will focus on fundamental skill development, game sense and athletic development, including (running technique, aerobic power, repeat efforts, acceleration and agility).

Our transformational sessions are designed to refine your skills and prepare you for the challenges of season 2025.

 

Through focused drills and game specific scenarios, you'll develop the technical proficiency, tactical awareness, and mental toughness required to excel at the highest level

Preseason Development Programs

The Preseason program is 7 weeks of development that will focus on fundamental skill development, game sense, contested football, clean hands, forward, mid and defensive craft and football specific running .

School Holiday Programs

The School Holiday Programs are about having fun and improving skills in a safe and inclusive environment.

Under 7 Under 11
Players can improive their skills alongside supportive teammates through a full day of engaging and fun footy games, incorporating a new AFL skill each holidays.

Under 12 - under 17

Small group sessions for 1.5 hours, with personalised coaching with a focus on fundamental skill execution under pressure and game simualtion.
